I don't get emails from SINOVO! Why?
We promise to answer to all of your requests; usually you will get the email answer within 24 h during our office times!
Please use our contact form exclusivly to ensure that your request will be routed to the right team as fast as possible! Your request will be also send to your own email address so if you have not received this copy after a f ew minutes you have probably mistyped your email address and our staff cannot reach you too!
If you have not received the answer from SINOVO after 2 working days please check your SPAM filter settings! In almost all cases you've already received our answer but it had not reached your inbox directly but it's waiting for you in your spam folder!
